To supply the decision-makers with suitable information about the achievement of commercial sighting in a defined period, a complicated gear train must be started. The Enterprise divisions and their subordinated structures must deliver the required figures and facts. Mostly this data is taken and gathered (e.g., in Excel-Sheets) manually from the different source systems (various files, ERP-systems, financial accounting, etc.). Then the information is iterative condensed, harmonised and handed on in the hierarchy to finally reach the board of directors or the management. This way obviously comprises a high error risk, is not real time and in addition ineffectively by high costs.
